Do I get refund if I cancel my order?

For Singapore: The customer will need to bear the pick up and delivery charges and all other cancellation payment transactions charges(credit card/bank transfer etc) should they wish to cancel the order. All orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been processed.

For Indonesia: The customer will need to bear the courier charges (if items is being couriered to us) and all other cancellation payment transaction charges (credit card/bank transfer etc) should they wish to cancel the order. All orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been processed.

Can I return the bag if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Customer Satisfaction is the utmost importance for us. All customers will be given 7 days of  “observation period” after receiving the goods. We will be more than happy to re-service the items should the outcome of the service is not up to the standard of the customer expectation AND ONLY if it is not informed in the Customer Agreement Notice.
