1. How if I want cancel my order after I send in my item?
  You may call us, tell us your invoice number, if the item is not more than 24hours from received, we are able to return to you, but it will be RM50 surcharge. The balance we will transfer back to the account you provided.
   
2. Do have a checking period when I received my item after service? If I’m not satisfied, what should I do?
  TRISTA are selling service to customer, it not suitable to use 7days refund period, we call it 7days checking period, we recommend customer to check the item before 7days, from the date received. We welcome you to contact us if any question, and we not accept any problem on item after 7days.
