1. Order process description
   Select items > size > service category > price > terms and conditions > order completed.
  1-1. Select service category that you want, such as handbag.
 
   
  1-2. Fill up particular information, such as: item Brand, item colour , item material, size, service category, confirmed total amount .
 
   
  1-3. after double checks all information, add into SHOPPING cart.
   
   
  1-4. Kindly fill in your particulars and payment details, once payment has been made and order has been successful, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

How much do I spend to entitle for free Door to Door Service?

 

Basically at TRISTA SINGAPORE, all services are entitled for FREE Door to Door pick up and delivery service with a minimum spending of SGD 50 dollars and above. For the purchase of Magic Wet Wipes and Waterproof Spray , we will courier it to your house.

When will the item be ready once the order has been completed?

 

Once we received the items, it will take approximately 14-21 days to process the items. We will inform you once the bag is completed and ready to be sent back to you. The working order is based on first come first serve basis. Some items with special condition might need longer times in which we will inform our guest accordingly. During peak season, the waiting time maybe longer and we will inform accordingly in our website

I need my bag urgently, can you help?

 

Should the condition of the bag allow, we will be able to provide an express service between 3-5 days (normally it takes up to 21 days). An additional charge of SGD 60 dollars are chargeable. Please contact us directly through email/Line/Call for urgent delivery

Can I send for service without joining as member?

 

Yes, you can. Click (Order now) Fill up your information and details to complete the order request.

   
6.

Some of my friends and parents do not know how to use online system, how do they send the item for cleaning?

 

Kindly contact us directly through email, call, line. We will handle the order personally

   
7.

My order has been submitted but I have yet received any contact for pick up appointment after a few days. What should I do?

 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, please kindly contact us personally. We will arrange a pick up at the earliest convenient time.

   
8.

Why do I need to make payment upon ordering?

 

We will only proceed a "Confirmed" item and it is only by making a payment, it reflects customer agreements to our terms and conditions and accepting our service offered.
