Q8.Compensation Plan

Should your items are damaged due to our negligence and the risk of the service are not being informed through our terms and condition, how do we compensate you?

 

Please be ensured that TRISTA adheres systematic and thoughtful steps in taking care of each items that has been sent to us. However, there are times when goods are damaged due to unexpected accidents. Hereby, we present our Compensation Plan as below for your reference:

 

Within 1 year : 50%

1-2 years      : 40%

2-3 years      : 30%

3-4 years      : 20%

4-5 years      : 15%

5 years above: 10% 

 

Compensation Plan = Current Market Price x Depreciation rate 

 

*Our compensation will not exceed SGD 1,500

*After compensation, the item belong to TRISTA, customer must provide identification and proof of purchase to show that the product is genuine. If unable to proof, TRISTA may use current market as reference.
